Exclusive, gentle chair fitness classes for AGES 55+

For all newcomers, we are currently offering the option to attend your first class: FREE. This is a great opportunity to experience the class & determine if it's what you've been looking for. After that class, you can decide whether to continue attending every now and then at the per-class rate of $20/class or purchase one of our savings membership plans to enjoy more classes at a discounted rate of $8-$10/class (with a plan). We have different affordable membership options based on how frequently you plan on attending each week (on average) - once, twice, or three+ times per week. We highly recommend our membership plans as the best way to save money while also keep you accountable for showing up each week. No monthly contract obligations either. You can keepy, cancel, pause, downgrade, or upgrade your plan... month-to-month.

Chair Yoga is a gentle way to practice yoga while sitting or using a chair for support. It's perfect for those who find traditional yoga challenging, helping improve balance, strength, and mood while easing anxiety. This type of yoga is great for people with limited mobility or conditions like high blood pressure and osteoporosis. It's also ideal for seniors who have trouble moving through traditional yoga poses. Chair Yoga can help with weight loss, core strength, and mental health.

Physicians emphasize that seniors who don't stay active are more likely to face major health issues as they age, as inactivity can contribute to illnesses and decreased mobility. Physical therapist Jimmy McKay says, "Exercise is key to slowing down aging. If a joint can't move fully, it limits activity." Regular Chair Yoga, even just weekly, can improve overall health and keep you active at any age.
