    Join us soon for our upcominOutdoor SoundBath sessions at a nearby local park. These sessions are typically scheduled for early morning and last about 30 minutes. We provide the yoga mats to lie down on, but if you prefer you can always opt to lie down on the grass and soak up the early morning sun!
