Are you open right now?
We reply to calls/messages 8 AM–8 PM daily. You can message 24/7 and we’ll respond during those hours.
Can I speak to someone now?
If it’s 8 AM–8 PM, we’ll get back shortly. Otherwise, we’ll follow up first thing.
What are your hours of operation?
We monitor messages 8 AM–8 PM. Class times vary and aren’t the same as office hours.

Booking, Check-In & Policies
How do I book a class online?
Go to the Classes/Services page, choose your class, and follow checkout.
Can I sign up by phone?
Yes. We can register you by phone and take payment if a spot is available.
Are walk-ins allowed?
Space is limited—please reserve in advance.
How does check-in work for events?
Tickets must be purchased in advance. No printed ticket is needed—we check you in by name.
What if I’m running late?
Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may need to join quietly after the opening.
Cancellation policy (classes)?
Missed sessions aren’t refunded. You may request a same-month make-up when space allows.
Cancellation policy (events)?
Event tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person—contact us to update the name.
Class capacity?
Classes are small for safety and attention. Reserve early.
Payments & Security
Is it safe to pay on your website or by phone?
Yes. We don’t store card data on our site. Payments are handled by Square in a secure, separate system.
What payment processor do you use?
Square (PCI DSS Level 1; end-to-end encryption). It’s widely used and audited for security.
Can I pay cash for my first class?
For regular classes, yes (space permitting). To guarantee a spot, pay in advance.
For SoundBath events, prepayment is required.
Do memberships auto-renew?
Memberships are billed monthly. Your instructor/manager will confirm the billing date when you enroll.
Are memberships refundable?
No. If there’s an error on our end, we’ll fix or refund it.
Senior Fit (55+)
What is Senior Fit?
A 55+ program combining Chair Yoga, Tai Chi, and gentle full-body exercises to improve mobility, balance, and calm.
Who can join?
Ages 55+. Please avoid any movement that causes pain and follow your doctor’s guidance.
Chair Yoga vs. Chair Aerobics—what’s the difference?
Chair Yoga: slower, mindful stretching, posture, breathing, light Tai Chi.
Chair Aerobics: low-impact cardio in the chair; upbeat music; optional light hand weights.
How long are classes?
About 45 minutes.
What should I bring/wear?
Comfortable clothing and water. We provide the chairs and light weights (1–3 lb) for Aerobics.
Chair Yoga
What is Chair Yoga?
Gentle yoga done seated or using a chair for support—great for flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation.
Can I try one class first?
Yes. First class is $10 for newcomers (space permitting).
Chair Aerobics
What is Chair Aerobics?
A seated, low-impact cardio class to boost heart health and stamina. Optional light weights provided.

About 45 minutes.
Memberships & Pricing (Senior Fit)
Do you offer per-class pricing?
Senior Fit is membership-based. A single drop-in (if approved by instructor) is $25 and not guaranteed.
What membership options are available?

Do unused sessions roll over?
No. Sessions must be used within the month purchased.
Can I make up a missed class?
You may request a same-month make-up in another class when space allows.
Yoga Prime
What is Yoga Prime?
A beginner-/intermediate-friendly class with gentle flow (Vinyasa-inspired), focusing on flexibility, strength, balance, and breath.
How long is the class?
About 45 minutes, ending with Savasana.
How much does it cost?
Options include a 2-class trial ($20), per-class $25, or monthly memberships (ask for current rates).
Can I sign up by phone?
Yes. We’ll collect your info and process payment when a spot is confirmed.
SoundBath
What is a SoundBath?
A guided relaxation using crystal singing bowls and soothing tones to help reduce stress and reset.
How long is a SoundBath?
Typically 60 minutes.
How do I reserve?
Purchase your ticket online or by phone. Prepayment is required to hold your spot.
Do I need a physical ticket?
No. We check you in by name at the door.
What should I bring?
Water and layers. If you prefer lying down, bring a mat/blanket; chairs are available.
Accessibility & Safety
Is the studio accessible?
Chairs are provided and we accommodate limited mobility. If you use a mobility aid, let us know so we can reserve space.

Age policy?
Senior Fit is 55+. Other classes are for adults above the age of 21+; minors require a guardian and prior approval.
