PAYMENT TERMS

Half payment due upfront to secure your date (e.g., $300 for 3 people). Second half due at least one week prior, or full payment required if booked within 2 weeks of the event.

TRAVEL FEES (IF APPLICABLE)

No extra charge within 30 miles of Choice Wellness. Beyond 30 miles, add $100 per additional 30 miles (e.g., 31-60 miles = $100, 61-90 miles = $200). Contact us for a precise quote based on your location.
