For 60 minutes, enjoy the calming experience of an instruments-only SoundBath, rich with soothing tones. Each event helps participants relax deeply, shifting their focus to the present moment in a way that feels restful, almost like sleep. The ancient use of tibetan singing bowls was designed to induce a meditative state of consciousness and empower the individual in a transcendental manner, tapping into the moment and letting go of all the "daily baggage" of stress, worries, concerns, responsibilities, and fears - long enough to achieve a feeling of deep rest and rejuvenating recovery. This event utilizes this ancient modality to provide you with the balance and centeredness you deserve.

WHAT IS A SOUNDBATH?

It’s not a bath in the traditional sense—no water involved. A SoundBath is a relaxation experience that uses sound frequencies from instruments like crystal singing bowls to help you de-stress and think more clearly. The term "sound bathing" comes from how the tones wash over you, easing stress, calming an overactive mind, and lowering anxiety. The sounds signal your brain to switch into a relaxed state, helping your nervous system take a break from the usual grind, which can leave you feeling more rested and focused. This experience can help with everyday challenges like: trouble sleeping, stress, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, lack of focus, or emotional ups and downs—making it useful for anyone looking to feel better day-to-day.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A straightforward break from life’s demands! You’ll settle into a calm, restful state as you sit in a lotus posture or you can lie back and let the sound do the work. The performance starts with instruments like crystal singing bowls before slowly transitioning into other visceral instruments that will take your calmed consciousness on a relaxing journey. It's a no-fuss way to recharge and feel more balanced. We provide each participant with a cushioned mat for comfort. You’ll get a 4-inch thick mat to lie on, plus pillows, blankets, and other basics to make it easy to relax.

WHAT TO BRING

✅ Optional dress code: comfortable clothing or formal wear.

✅ Bring a pair of comfortable socks to wear during the soundbath.

✅ We provide a cubby storage on site to place your belongings in.

✅ We offer complimentary spring water via our on-site water dispenser.
