As you rest comfortably, layers of gentle sound will fill the room, creating an atmosphere designed for relaxation and quiet reflection. There is nothing you need to do or learn — simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself an hour away from the noise and demands of everyday life.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get comfortably settled. The SoundBath begins promptly at 7:00 PM.
