Welcome to our Chair Yoga fitness service for senior citizens! For all newcomers, we are currently offering the option to attend your first class: FREE. This is a great opportunity to experience the class & determine if it's what you've been looking for. After that class, you can decide whether to continue paying $20/class or purchase one of our savings membership plans to enjoy more classes at a discounted rate of $8-$10/class (with a plan). We highly recommend our 3 membership plans as they offer great value for your money and assist in maintaining accountability for your dedication to enhancing your health. ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ข๐ซ ๐˜๐จ๐ ๐š? Chair Yoga is a gentle way to practice yoga while sitting or using a chair for support. It's also ideal for seniors who have trouble moving through traditional yoga poses. Chair Yoga can help with weight loss, core strength, and mental health.
