Chair Yoga offers a gentle way to get full body exercise and stay active - most importantly: staying committed. This class is designed to improve your body health, mental health, and emotional health while grounded in your chair for support. Remember: This is not just some fitness class like other fitness programs. It's a gentle-paced class that aims to act as a place for members to destress from their busy lives. Our members have highlighted that staying committed to attending class every week helps to hold themselves accountable because it's easy to convince yourself that you can just "do it at home... on your own", but it's difficult to actually stick with being that disciplined. Plus, they enjoy the social benefits of being around other members that are committed to attending class as well!

Try Our Your First Class!
Newcomers can enjoy their first class for only $10 to see if it’s a good fit. After that, membership is a requirement. Each membership is based on how frequently you can attend— twice, or three+ times a week. Our flexible, month-to-month memberships offer savings, encourage consistency, and allow you to keep, cancel, pause, or adjust your plan anytime.
