For 60 minutes, enjoy the relaxing experience of hypnotherapy paired with a rejuvenating SoundBath of visceral sounds. Each session will induce participants into a trancelike state that resembles sleep while redirecting their conscious awareness to the present moment. The hypnosis portion of each session will assist participants with accessing old belief systems that reside with their subconscious minds and facilitate the reprogramming of new subconscious behavioral patterns. After the hypnosis portion of the SoundBath, participants can expect to be mentally and emotionally affected by the guidance of Solfeggio frequencies and other visceral sounds. The audible pure tones performed in every SoundBath have a subtle way of recalibrating the body's nervous system back into harmonious functionality.
